Certainly! Belgium is a beautiful and diverse country located in Western Europe. It’s known for its rich history, stunning architecture, delicious cuisine, and vibrant cultural scene. Here’s some information to help you plan your travel to Belgium. If you are not a fan of hot, humid weather and enjoy taking in historical sites and incredible cities, then you need to visit Belgium.

Best time to visit

The best time to visit Belgium is spring and fall when the crowds are fewer and the weather is optimal. During the months of March to May and September to October, the hotels, airfare, trains, rental cars, and flights are much cheaper.

Cities of Interest

There are so many amazing places to explore in Belgium. To see more about individual cities, click here.

Springtime, March to May, is a lovely time to visit with daily temperatures between 50°F and 60°F during the day and 41°F to 55°F at night. This might seem a bit chilly but I wore a light sweater each day and had a rain jacket with me and was perfect.

Summer, June to August, is considered high tourist season with temperatures around 66°F to 74°F during the day and 52°F to 58°F at night.

Autumn, which runs from Sept to November is a wonderful time to visit. Fewer crowds and cooler temperatures, around 48°F to 62°F during the day and 38°F to 43°F at night, provide a sweat-free visit.

Winter, December to February, are chilly but still tolerable with temperatures ranging from 40°F to 45°F during the day and 30°F to 42°F at night.
